The forum featured a wide range of discussions and panels covering some of the most sought-after Residency and Citizenship programs, offering valuable insights into international migration and investment opportunities.

As part of this milestone, Prime Developments is also pleased to announce that it is now an official member of the Investment Migration Council (IMC)—an important step that reflects Prime Developments’ ongoing commitment to excellence, compliance, and innovation in the investment migration industry.

We were honored by the presence of the Head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit of St. Kitts and Nevis, who shared valuable updates and perspectives on the nation’s program.

Prime Developments’ CEO, Dr. Sirous Motevassel, took part in a panel discussion where he shared his expertise on International laws and rights related to investment migration, offering a compelling legal perspective to a global audience.

In addition,Prime Developments’ COO, Mr. Sepehr Motevassel, presented the Prime Creative Arts Center, a government-approved Public Benefit Option (PBO) project in St. Kitts and Nevis. During his presentation, he not only showcased the vision and cultural significance of the project but also highlighted real-life client cases. He shared that live applications under this PBO have already been processed, with clients receiving approvals within an average of 3 months, and their applications completed with passports issued in under 6 months—demonstrating both the efficiency and reliability of the process.
