On February 15, 2025, Prime Developments hosted an exclusive event titled “Citizenship and Residency in the New Era” at the Shangri-La Kowloon in Hong Kong. The gathering featured distinguished guests, including His Excellency Calvin St. Juste, Chairman and Head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) of St. Kitts and Nevis, and the Honorable Samal Duggins, Minister of the Creative Economy.
H.E. Calvin St. Juste provided insights into the transformative changes within the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programme. Since the CIU’s transition to a statutory body in October 2024, the program has experienced a remarkable increase in applications during the final quarter of 2024, reflecting enhanced efficiency and investor confidence.
Minister Duggins introduced the Prime Creative Arts Center, a flagship initiative under the Public Benefit Option (PBO) of the CBI Programme. Located near Basseterre, this multifunctional center aims to become a cultural cornerstone, offering educational programs, workshops, and performances to nurture local talent and enrich the cultural landscape of St. Kitts and Nevis.
The event also highlighted Prime Developments’ attractive UAE Golden Visa offer, providing agents’ clients with additional residency opportunities. The CEO and team of Lawrence and Associates, the exclusive local service provider for the PBO project, were present to guide attendees through the application process.
By bringing together key stakeholders and introducing innovative projects like the Prime Creative Arts Center, the event underscored the bright future of St. Kitts and Nevis’s CBI Programme and its commitment to cultural and economic development.
